The D bomb! The one we all naturally think of as soon as we say ‘Mental Health’, but this is not the case at all!

 

We all have ‘Mental Health’ that needs attending to. Sometimes that becomes mental ill-health, which it is totally natural for us all to experience throughout our lives. Our mental wellbeing can affect us all in many different ways, but we understand that it is not something that is always easy to open up about or even deal with.

 

Mental Health & WellBeing comes in so many forms ranging from anxiety and depression, through PTSD and anger, and to conditions such as Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BDP) and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) - to name just a few.

 

We all deal with these issues differently and some of us respond to treatment/talking about our issues much easier than others.
